Delivery addresses

Acceptable delivery address are residential or commercial addresses ONLY.

PO Box Addresses not accepted.

Failure to provide a compatible address and contact number will result in delays to the dispatch of your order.

All purchases will be delivered by our couriers of choice and will require a physical postal address and phone number. The freight companies are in no way associated with us. They are a service we pay to get your order to you. Please do not leave any negative feedback regarding freight issues as logistical matters are out of our control once orders have been dispatched.

If you have any concerns with your delivery, please contact us and we will contact the couriers on your behalf.


Once the goods are signed for, the buyer takes full responsibility for the condition of the goods. If the goods show signs of transit damage, do not accept delivery, record damage and delivery driver. If goods are signed for and buyer has uncovered any damage, contact courier with recorded damaged, the please contact us.

Any claims made outside the 24 hours will be refused.

Delivery of your order will require a signature upon delivery. If there is no one onsite to receive the goods, the courier will be instructed to take the parcel back to the depot. This will incur additional re-delivery fees payable by the recipient.

Please give clear instructions upon purchase as per your delivery needs – for example: If you instruct us to leave the goods onsite in a safe location the buyer takes full responsibility of the product.


How can I track my delivery?

All orders are shipped via couriers and tracking numbers emailed to customers. If you cannot find your tracking number, it will be available from our website.
